We are excited to be attending on 21-22 May the hands-on bronchial endoscopy workshop in Cluj-Napoca. Health care professionals had the chance to have real life demonstrations with the innovative Broncoflex®. This equipment was designed to address the current needs and challenges associated with the use of flexible bronchoscopes which hospitals face. Bronchoscopes are now essential pieces of equipment, used by different medical specialists for a broad variety of clinical indications for the final benefit of the patients.
Dr. Mărioara ȘIMON, renowned Romanian pneumologist, bronchologist, and allergologist at the Clinical Pneumology Hospital “Leon Daniello” Cluj-Napoca, presented the amazing advantages of using this equipment during the Covid situation and the positive implications of having such technology in hospitals.
Besides Broncoflex we also presented several other innovative life-saving technologies in our portfolio, namely 1 fully equipped bronchoscopy tower ELUXEO Lite FUJIFILM (processor, light source, bronchoscope, ultrasonic processor, eco-bronchoscope probe), 1 Simbionix system (simulator with bronchoscope and laptop attached for case simulation) and a BronchoBoy (mannequin that mimics the anatomy of the respiratory / pulmonary system), all this meant for an authentic experience for the healthcare professionals.
