Cristina Grigorescu has been part of SOFMEDICA Group since 2001, being one of the most acknowledged members of the Group. She is currently the CFO of SOFMEDICA Group with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and with a holistic understanding of the MedTech and medical services industries. From the foundation of the Group to the mature state it is in today, Cristina has tremendously impacted the growth of all SOFMEDICA business lines, several of them standing as premiers across the New Europe Region. She has also been a member of the leadership teams of successful M&A projects.
Cristina started her career in 1995 acting mainly as a freelance financial consultant and auditor for multinational companies from different fields such as legal advisory, construction, medical services, advertising, or projects under European funding.
Cristina graduated from the Bucharest University of Academic Studies, with a major in Economic Cybernetics and Informatics. She has also successfully completed the program High-Performance Leadership at IMD Switzerland the Venture Finance courses at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
At present, her activity is centered on enhancing financial sustainability and business development in SOFMEDICA Group, developing long-term investment programs, and also having a key role in shaping the future strategy of the Group.
