Scope of the role

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and offering support in cyclical audits.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all accounting operation, including primary accounting of all expenses, purchases, accruals, depreciation, payroll, bank reconciliation, incoming and outgoing payments, accounting of demo products and fixed assets, bank guarantees, deferred revenue, prepayments.
  • Perform monthly VAT and Intrastat reporting and submission of the monthly VAT Return to the NRA in accordance with the local law.
  • Perform month end, quarterly end and year end closing procedures.
  • Preparation of Annual financial statements and Annual Tax return of SofMedica Bulgaria, tax payments and forecasts and any other fiscal or tax reporting as required by the local law.
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly and timely recorded under IFRS and local tax and accounting law.
  • Support the external and internal auditors and other review and revisions from State Authorities or other.
Candidate requirements
  • Graduate in Economics;
  • Relevant experience minimum 3 years in Accounting;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • English – conversational level;
  • The ability to work in a team, to multitask, and strong organizational;
  • Responsible for own work, well-organized, with attention to details, familiar to work according to the procedure.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the strategy for Surgical Care Business Group in Hungary;
  • Develop and lead the team for the Surgical Care portfolio;
  • Is responsible for relationship development with the clients and partners (enlarging the client base, product base and the orders value);
  • Provide clinical support to clients
  • Meeting the sales targets established by the Company’s management. Analyses on a frequent basis the relationship between supplier and client, monitors the satisfaction level of the clients and makes proposals for optimization;
  • Review periodically the market size and potential, updates the database of clients and identifies new potential clients;
  • Analyses the market, prices, trends and needs of the clients;
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports, and forecasts to the management team.
Candidate requirements
  • Previous managerial experience in Healthcare industry;
  • Experience in sales and clinical support of medical devices/medical consumables
  • Excellent influence and negotiation skills;
  • Mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and Team members;
  • Strong client and market focused perspective;
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and writing skills in English; Hungarian language is a must;
  • Availability to travel.
