World Quality Day @ SofMedica Group

SofMedica proudly joined this year’s worldwide celebration of the World Quality Day (WQD). WQD is celebrated annually on the second Thursday in November. Customer-focused organizations have a quality culture of creating value for their customers by innovating and improving products, services and processes. It is the customer not the company that define what quality means. Understanding product and service quality through the customers eyes, sharing the quality performance with customers, collaborating with customers to improve product/service quality and resolve problems are important elements of the quality culture.

Providing quality services and products is at the heart of our mission and this is why celebrating today is even more important.

Moreover, a few actions have been already been completed at SofMedica with regard to WQD celebration:

  • Oct 15, 2020 SofMedica Quality culture, QMS & covid19 (two) presentations at Intuitive webinar with Intuitive distributors worldwide. Intuitive webinar was dedicated to WQD and had as main goal: inspiring the others to share about their quality.
  • Oct 30, 2020 SofMedica podcast recording: Be MDR compliant by learning – to be launched on LinkedIn and YouTube at the end of November.
  • Nov 9, 2020 Internal MDR training for SofMedica leadership. Two more MDR training session will take place in November for the entire SofMedica personnel
  • Nov 12, 2020 SofMedica: a story about quality & compliance during covid19 era presentation at our partner Conmed webinar with their CEE distributors
  • Oct – Nov Two more team members obtained the Green Belt Certification on MDR
  • You too can be a SUPER Hero! campaign featuring Captain Compliance (CC)!!!
  • Quality coffee – in order to get a good quality coffee we have to follow the recipe and the procedure just like for the delivery of quality product & service to the client.

So, we invited everyone for a cup of Quality Coffee and while at it, we could check out the adventures of Captain Compliance (CC).
